    We invite you to write a small report/description of the problem or damage encountered, to send a transcription of ERROR/ALARM codes. If possible, to attach a video or images which can show the problem better. If the video or the file have big dimensions you can send them via wetransfer using the e-mail service@gasparini-spa.com
